MT COBB, PA – (DECEMBER 2014) SCE Environmental Group, Inc. located in Mt. Cobb (PA) hosted its 4th annual town hall style meeting at Nichols Village (Clarks Summit, PA) for its 150+ NEPA area employees. During this event, employees were recognized for dedicated service to the company, as well as for volunteer services to the local community. Employees were selected based on submissions provided from supervisors and management. In all, ten awards were announced.
Each employee who received an award was given an opportunity to select from a variety of rewards including: individual air flight lessons; a private Fishing Charter on Beltzville Lake; a helicopter ride over NYC and its landmark sites; opportunity to drive a Lamborghini on a private autocross track course, and several other rewards.
The award event ended with the presentation of the “Drive Success Award” which recognizes an employee who puts the success of the company before anything else and who goes above and beyond to ensure the success of the company. This year’s recipient of the Drive Success Award is Mariah Wheeler. In gratitude for her service to SCE, Ms. Wheeler was given a 2015 Volkswagen Jetta.

SCE is already looking forward to next year’s award event and plans on adding a few new awards to the list, including a peer-to-peer award in which fellow employees can nominate other employees to be recognized for teamwork, service and dedication.
