SCE Environmental Group, Inc. is pleased to announce it has finalized the acquisition of Linc Oil Field Services. Linc is a leading oilfield construction company in the Ft. Worth, TX Basin but headquartered in Morrisville, NJ. From its operations in Bowie and Decatur, Texas, Linc provides location construction and heavy equipment services for rig sites. This transaction expands SCE’s oilfield construction business into the active Marcellus Shale region in Northeastern, Pennsylvania.  In addition, SCE will provide turnkey environmental services including waste water treatment & management, O&M Services, Field Personnel Support Services and Geological Field Services.

“Linc brings SCE’s oilfield construction service line into the Marcellus area; we have targeted significant investment in order to better serve our customers,” said Jody Cordaro, SCE’s President and CEO. “This acquisition reflects the execution of our strategic plan to develop a portfolio of core areas that provide growth opportunities in all facets of the oil and natural gas industry. Geographically, SCE is tactically situated in an area of the country where the oil and natural gas fields are close to market.”

“This major acquisition complements our strategy to provide our customers with all of the products and services they need before, during and after drilling operations,” continued Cordaro. “We look forward to building on the reputation that Linc has built over the long history of their operation in the Texas area.  Linc’s management team will remain in supervisory roles with the company which will operate as SCE Oil Services going forward.  Linc’s CEO is retiring after 43 years in the business.”
